Amir Linton is a 2029 SS/RHP/3B with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Los Angeles, CA who attends Junipero Serra. Athletic build. Ran a 7.48 60-yard dash. Primary MIF with footwork direct to the baseball, shows feel to take efficient angles laterally and gets to a consistent fundamental fielding position. Quick release with above average arm strength across the diamond. Really fundamentally sound infield round. Hit from a wide base, deep barrel launch with strength and bat speed in the swing. Handled the barrel well and showed primary pull side contact. Three pitch mix out of a high 3/4 slot on the mound. High effort delivery with a fastball in the upper 70's and some feel to spin a breaking ball. Very good Student. Named to Sunshine West Top Prospect List.
