Juan Diego Santos is a 2025 C/1B with a 6-2 205 lb. frame from Carolina, PR who attends Antilles. Diego Santos works from a broad build with plenty of evident strength proportioned throughout. As a primary C, displayed good bounce out of the set with active footwork that effectively gained ground towards 2B. He worked in-line successfully with repeatable transfers and a compact arm action that yielded easy life behind throws up to 82 mph. Posted a 1.96 pop time. On the offensive end, started from a slightly open base utilizing a lower hover trigger. Created effortless jump off the barrel with loud line drive tendencies in the stroke. Flashed plenty of strength in the hands, posting an exit velo of 91 mph. Ran a 7.86 sixty yard dash. Named to Top Prospect List.
