Bode Bromley is a 2026 1B/OF/LHP with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends Lamar. Larger build with well-proportioned strength present and projection remaining. Primary first baseman, stayed light on his feet while working through the baseball. Displayed good footwork around the bag with clean glove actions. Funnels the ball with soft hands and carries his momentum well into release. Utilizes a clean arm stroke while delivering accurate throws across the diamond. Recorded arm strength up to 89 mph. Left-handed hitter, starts in an even stance with loose hands and a high back elbow. Utilizes a leg lift trigger for timing with rotational swing mechanics as he works into a level bat path. Attempts to remain direct to the point of contact. Allows the ball to travel a bit too deep into the zone before impacting it. Displayed developing feel for the barrel with strength to the middle of the field when timed up. Projects for more power with additional strength and mechanical refinement. Posted an exit velocity of 82 mph. Ran a 7.27 sixty-yard dash. Excellent student.
