2025 PG WWBA Workout Showcase (July 5)
Carson Craig is a 2027 SS/RHP/UT with a 5-9 140 lb. frame from Dunwoody, GA who attends Woodward Academy. Lean athletic look with a lot of projection and the kind of frame that will handle a lot of physicality. Good mover, running the 60-yard dash in 6.99 seconds. Primary position infielder, using calculated footwork, breaking down with choppy steps before getting to the glove. Nice glove work, presenting it out front with accuracy and soft actions overall. Emerging arm strength with feeds across the diamond up to 80 mph working from a high 3/4 arm angle. Showed the ability to change arm slots according to the play and maintained accuracy on throws while doing so. RHH starting from a medium and slightly open stance with a good handset keeping them active pre-pitch. Loads the hands well and will loose the barrel in the back from time to time but when on time and on plane he impacts the ball well enough. Really handled the pitch in the bottom of the zone. With refined timing and added strength there is a good offensive profile here with plenty of projection across all skillsets. Outstanding student as well.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
