Dylan Cheek is a 2026 SS/RHP/IF with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Rockwall, TX who attends Rockwall. Lean athletic middle infielder's build with plenty of room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, sets up in a wider base with a high hand load, simple short toe tap timer, short and direct swing, hits under control, mostly line drive contact, bat speed should keep improving with additional strength. 6.72 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense, has quick and snatchy hands, throws well from lower slots, some lower half quickness. Good student with a verbal commitment to Arkansas.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
