Harrison Corey is a 2027 SS/RHP/OF with a 5-7 125 lb. frame from Winterville, NC who attends D H Conley. Slender young athletic build with plenty of room and time to get stronger. 7.46 runner in the sixty. Primary middle infielder on defense, has very advanced middle infield actions for his age, very active and quick feet, always in position to field the ball cleanly, has a quick release on his throws and can throw accurately from multiple slots on the move, has the ability to play with some flair, game actions were just as good as his drill actions, chance to be an impact defender. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight and wide stance with a short and under control swing, high contact swing approach with a mid field line drive plan, hits from a still start and will likely develop more rhythm as he gets more repetitions. Also took a turn on the mound, works from the stretch with a big hip turn start, has a fast and compact arm action from a high energy delivery. Worked in the upper 70's with his fastball and the velocity played up with his deception. Threw a tight slider as his primary secondary pitch, also let up on it with a bigger curveball break successfully. High energy player who shows some emotion on the field and is fun to watch play. Named to the 13U/14U Atlantic Coast Showcase Top Prospect List.
