Braiden Miller is a 2029 3B/RHP/MIF with a 6-1 195 lb. frame from Waterford, VA who attends Woodgrove. Big and strong square shouldered build. Right handed hitter, sets up in a wide base with a high back elbow load, has a short and direct swing with very good bat speed, gets into his strong lower half well and stays connected, hard jump off the barrel and plenty of carry, more power there to develop moving forward. 7.35 runner in the sixty. Primary third baseman on defense, gets his glove down early, step by step actions and tends to play upright at times, charged the ball well, plenty of raw arm strength. Also pitched and has two-way potential on the mound. Works from a deliberate full delivery with good balance and direction, uses his lower half well. Fastball was in the upper 80's with good downhill plane and the ability to throw it to spots. Change up was an outstanding pitch with big late fade and very good arm speed. Also landed a low 70's slider well and flashed tightness to it with some potential. Strikes and change up were impressive. Named to play in the Perfect Game 14U Select Festival.
