Anthony Pacino is a 2022 MIF/OF with a 5-7 150 lb. frame from Carlsbad, CA who attends San Marcos. Medium frame with a young, lean build showing some fast twitch muscle. Ran a smooth 6.84 second sixty yard dash. Primary Middle Infielder, showing great lateral range and was instinctual with the leather. Consistent with the glove and then was quick with release. Arm strength starting to show as he threw it 82 mph during drills. Secondary Outfielder, showing great first step instincts as he proved to have some range. Worked into the baseball well as he gathered to the side. Carried weight well into throws as he threw it 83 mph with accuracy. Right-Handed Hitter, starting balanced and a touched closed off with the front side. Looks to stay inside the baseball and drive it middle away. Stays linear through the zone and found the barrel consistently. Just a couple adjustments away from making a huge jump. Outstanding Student.
