Dylan Stanko is a 2027 SS/C/2B with a 5-9 165 lb. frame from Tomball, TX who attends Tomball Memorial. Smaller athletic build with some compact present strength to build on. 7.07 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense, has some foot quickness and lateral range, plays best on the move, has a quick release on his throws and throws well from lower slots, makes accurate throws, might profile best at second base moving forward. Also caught, sets up right knee down, has a quick release and some athletic rhythm in his actions, arm strength a bit short but makes up for it with quickness. Right handed hitter, starts from a spread and open stance with a hanging front leg timer, gets out to his front side early, has loose hands and some hand strength, best contact were middle of the field line drives, bat projects well. Good student.
