Kaden Canady is a 2030 OF/MIF with a 5-7 150 lb. frame from Gilmer, TX who attends Gilmer. Medium lean frame with wiry strength and life to his actions. Ran the 60 yard dash in 6.77 seconds. Primary position outfielder, working to the ball aggressively with good angles and game like actions. Works glove off to the side before getting to his midline transfer, staying behind the ball to his over the top release. Feeds back to bags up to 80 mph. Secondary infielder, showing quick feet, excellent athleticism and the ability to create proper angles. Hands are sound with clean action securing the ball crisply into a deeper funnel. Throws across the diamond with carry up to 80 mph with accuracy. Switch hitter starting with a medium and slightly open stance from the right side. Good handset loading with a toe tap trigger and rotating hard in the core. Works the middle of the field with low liners. From the left side, using a wider stance and toe tap trigger to get moving. A bit late timing wise here but got better throughout the round translating to mostly oppo contact here. Projectable power. Twitchy athleticism here with a lot to look forward to.
