Dominic Giametta Iii is a 2027 OF/RHP/1B with a 6-3 215 lb. frame from Richmond, TX who attends Fulshear. Extra big and strong build, pretty mature physically. 7.49 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, fields the ball cleanly with a good gather, long arm stroke with big arm strength, right field tools. Also plays first base and showed pretty good athleticism there. Right handed hitter, has a big leg raise load, power approach looking to lift and drive the ball, has the raw bat speed to do it. Also pitches, has a high energy delivery on his fastball, less energy on his slider. Slider was his best pitch this outing, gets some spin and tightness on the pitch with plenty of strikes. Fastball worked in the upper 80's with occasional big running life. Flashed a change up. Power arm/Power bat combination who will need to learn to control his effort for more consistency as he matures. Verbal commitment to Alabama.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
