Jackson Wooten is a 2027 SS/2B with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Atascocita, TX who attends Atascocita. Primary shortstop with a medium frame and lean athletic build. Recorded a 6.29 seconds 60-yard dash time. Plus runner with quickness and top-end speed. Athletic mover on the dirt with quick hands and release. Accurate throws across the diamond from multiple slots and on the move. Right-handed hitter with a wide base and high hands setup in the box. Simple swing mechanics working direct to zone with short stride and compact stroke. Controls the barrel through the middle with pull side impact out front. Excellent student. Named to the 2026 PG WWBA Workout Showcase (June 22) Top Prospect List.
