Christopher Castro is a 2028 3B/RHP/OF with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Cypress, TX who attends Northland Christian. Medium athletic build with some present strength. Left handed hitter, sets up in a slightly open stance with a leg raise timer, foot can be late getting down at times, has some bat speed and ability to impact the ball when he's on time, line drive swing plane, best contact to the pull side, has hitting tools to continue to develop with adjustments. 7.63 runner in the sixty. Primary third baseman on defense, works around the ball well and keeps his feet active, fielded the ball cleanly, longer arm action from a lower arm slot, made accurate throws. Also worked out in the outfield with similar athletic actions and arm action/arm strength. Excellent student.
