Nolan Slaymaker is a 2028 1B/RHP with a 6-3 230 lb. frame from Fort White, FL who attends Columbia. Extra big and strong build. Primary power hitting first baseman with big arm talent on the mound as well. Right handed hitter, sets up in a medium stance with an inward toe tap timer, varies his timer and could develop more consistency in his timing, big bat speed and ability to lift the ball, easy pull side power, consistency and timing will be key to his development. 7.64 runner in the sixty. Primary first baseman on defense, showed clean glove work with huge arm strength. Has a full arm stroke on the mound with a high leg raise start over the rubber, high energy mechanics through release. Fastball topped out at 94 mph with nice sinking life down in the zone. Showed better command of a 11/5 curveball and big running change up than on the fastball. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
