Primary shortstop on defense, has athletic actions and bounce in his step, has an idea on his footwork, lots of arm strength and carry across, next level middle infield actions and tools. Right handed hitter, sets up in a spread and straight stance with a toe tap timer, loose and extended swing with plenty of bat speed and impact, gap to gap line drive contact, projectable hitting tools. Also pitched, works from a simple hybrid delivery with a high 3/4's arm slot and a short and compact arm action. Fastball topped out at 85 mph and was mostly straight. Showed feel for spinning the ball and changed his breaking ball shape with intent, curveball showed nice downer action at times. Nice change up with some fading action as well. Versatile player with lots of tools and projection. Excellent student.
