Madox Belcher is a 2024 3B/RHP with a 5-11 200 lb. frame from Kennett, MO who attends Senath-Hornersville Sr. Works from a large frame with a strong lower-half. Primary third baseman, works through the baseball at a deliberate pace. Funnels it smoothly before breaking into a shorter arm stroke. Releases the ball from an aggressive over-the-top arm slot. Delivered accurate throws and recorded arm strength up to 81 mph across the diamond. Secondary right-handed pitcher, worked exclusively from the stretch with a leg lift up to the belt. Slower-paced operation up until footstrike. Gets downhill with intent. Fastball showed occasional cut, missing barrels at the top of the zone and ultimately peaking at 79 mph. Mixed in two unique breaking balls. Slider showed gradual lateral movement with a touch of late depth. Low-60s curveball had a more traditional 12-6 shape to it with depth. Right-handed hitter, starts with an even base and even hand set-up. Utilizes a leg lift trigger for timing before working into an uphill bat path. Turns the back-side well, creating power and leverage at the point of impact. Has present strength in the hands with the ability to work the entire field. Recorded an exit velocity of 85 mph. Ran a 7.60 sixty-yard dash. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
