Jackson Dippel is a 2026 SS/RHP with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends Second Baptist. Medium athletic build with some lean strength and more to come. 7.32 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense, works around the ball well and keeps his feet active, showed lateral range, nice arm strength with the ability to change his slot cleanly, overall athletic actions. Right handed hitter, starts from a balanced base with a short stride into contact, still hand start, has fast hands and creates bat speed, showed his power and ability to drive the ball in the air, gets into his lower half very well to create leverage and torque, power over hit at present. Also pitched, gets down the mound well with a full arm swing in back. Threw strikes with a mid-80's fastball. Named to the High School All-State Select Championship Top Prospect List.
