Travis Box is a 2022 2B/UT with a 5-10 135 lb. frame from Co Springs, CO who attends Doherty. Slender build with room to add. Ran a 6.92 60-yard. Showed better as an infielder. Decent athleticism allows for moderate range in both ways. Feet worked better on the dirt. Improving body control throughout fielding actions both as an infielder and outfielder would allow for more consistent glove actions. Short arm action is used from both spots. Utilizes a narrow, open stance in the box with hands at the shoulders. A small leg kick timing mechanism which turns into long stretched out landing position. Swing works best when the load is more compact. Linear bat path leads to frequent line drives. Pure pullside approach. Adding strength to the frame would allow for the ball to be hit with more authority.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
