Avin Worley is a 2029 RHP/IF with a 6-3 205 lb. frame from Valdosta, GA who attends Lowndes. Physical build with strength throughout, outlier size for current grad class. 7.74 runner in the 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, stretch only from the first base side, leg lift around the knee with drop and drive mechanics, low three-quarters arm angle with a low release height. Arm side life to the heater up to 80-mph, 11-5 shape on the breaker with tight shape and ability to land in zone, solid strikes. Secondary infielder, deliberate backhand and long arm action to release, third base is the projected spot for the left side of the infield, developing carry across. Took reps at first base, developing hips but made the turns, working hard to adjust body in either direction, accurate throws. Right-handed hitter, even base with high hands, upright stance, late hand drop to hitch, leg lift trigger, present strength with big movements throughout the swing.
