Robert Villa III is a 2027 SS/RHP/IF with a 5-9 180 lb. frame from Phoenix, AZ who attends Liberty. Compact and strong build 6.51 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense with a second base projection moving forward, moves well laterally and dropped his arm slot well throwing, got his glove in good positions fielding. Switch hitter at the plate, sets up in a narrow stance from both sides with a short stride into contact, has more bat speed and intent from the right side, got the barrel out well for hard line drive contact. Outstanding student with a verbal commitment to Alabama.
