2025 PG Deep South High School All-State Games (Invite Only)
Lawson Hare is a 2027 3B/RHP/OF with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Auburn, AL who attends Auburn. Big and tall athletic build with some present strength and more to come. 7.19 runner in the sixty. Primary third baseman on defense who also has potential on the mound. Moves well on defense from side to side, fields the ball cleanly, compact over the top arm action with very good carry on his throws. Right handed hitter, sets up in a slightly open stance with a high hand load and hanging front leg trigger, long and extended swing with bat speed and strength to the pull side, ball comes off the barrel well. Has a clean delivery on the mound with athletic actions, throws from a low 3/4's arm slot, good lower half rotation coming down the mound, low effort and repeatable release out front. Fastball topped out at 88 mph with run and sink. Slider was a good pitch with some bite and depth with more power potential on the pitch. Excellent student. Named to the PG Deep South HS All-State Games Top Prospect List.
