Cooper Wilkinson is a 2025 OF/2B/SS with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Magnolia, TX who attends Magnolia West. Athletic build with good present strength and a mature look physically. Primary outfielder who waits back a bit on the ball but fields it cleanly to his side and gets through it well with a strong arm. Throws had good carry and strength behind them with accuracy. Ball comes out easy from a quick process. Was up to 85 from the outfield. Also played infield and profiles more so on the corner. Made plays and showed a strong arm overall. Also pitched working inline with the plate well and causes some deception with his delivery. Showed a good fastball/curveball combo with good control of both pitches. Curve showed good top to bottom shape with good overall feel to spin it. Right handed hitter with a narrow upright base. Small leg lift rock back and stride into contact. showed good rhythm in the box and was all over the barrel. Could use the entire field well and impact it gap to gap. Consistently got extended and could catch the ball out front with strength. Bat speed present with strong hands. Good student. Named to the National South Showcase Top Prospect List.
