2024 Sophomore National Showcase (2027 Grads)
Nathaniel Fuller is a 2027 OF/LHP with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Little Silver, NJ who attends Ranney. Medium athletic build with the beginnings of some present strength. 6.76 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, has lots of athletic bounce in his step and works through the ball well with solid fundamentals, makes on line throws with carry and accuracy, chance to be a high level defender. Left handed hitter, hits from a medium base with an open front side, big leg raise trigger, gets the foot down on time, takes an aggressive swing with lots of bat speed, has lift in his swing can create carry to the middle of the field, really projects as a hitter as he gets stronger. Took a turn on the mound, has an athletic high front side delivery with a 3/4's arm slot, mostly upper body in his mechanics, repeats well. Fastball topped out at 83 mph, had nice feel for a change up for a position player. Excellent student.
