Brennan Neal is a 2027 OF/RHP/SS with a 6-3 190 lb. frame from Columbus, GA who attends Brookstone. Features a lanky, athletic build with room to add. Ran a 6.32 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher. Athleticism plays on the mound. Shows a loose, quick arm into release. Fastball sat 91-95 with life. Firmer slider shows quality bite at the bottom of the zone. Lands it for strikes and can get uncomfortable swings. Turns over mid-80’s changeup well with nasty fade. Massive projection on the mound. Arm strength and athleticism play in the outfield as well. Showed quick feet with fluid movements. Ball jumps out of the hand with easy, on-line carry. Reached 93 mph during workouts. Worked out on the infield too. Arm strength plays on the left side. Footwork is still being refined. Right-handed hitter. Utilizes an even base with a lower hand setup. Active hands in load. Big bat speed shown through the zone. Can generate quality impact when in-sync. Excellent student. Auburn commit. Named to play in the Perfect Game All-American Classic.
