2023 Ohio Valley Workout Showcase (Wed.)
Gaige Stuckey is a 2025 LHP/OF with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Washington Court House, OH who attends Miami Trace. Lean young athletic build. Works from the third base rubber, high 3/4's arm slot with good arm speed, tends to land open with his stride and front side, has some energy and violence at release. Fastball worked consistently in the upper 70's with his fastball, plenty more velocity there in the future with more strength and mechanical adjustments. Slider has the chance to be a very good pitch with more consistency into release, has tight hard spin and flashes bite when he's out front with it. Left handed hitter, hits from an upright slightly open stance, has some quickness to his hands, line drive swing plane, has an accurate barrel, bat speed will continue to improve with additional strength as well. 6.99 runner in the sixty. Good student. Named to the Ohio Workout Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
