Ben Coffman is a 2027 C/1B with a 6-0 208 lb. frame from Zionsville, IN who attends Zionsville Community. Big and strong athletic build. Right handed hitter, sets up in a straight stance with a high hand load, quick and well timed leg raise and stride into his swing, compact swing with some bat speed, best contact was pull side line drives. 5.14 runner in the forty. Primary catcher on defense, sets up one knee down with good explosion coming out of his crouch, chest high transfers with an over the top arm slot, gets on top of his throws well with good carry on his throws. Excellent student.
