Cayden Nance is a 2026 2B/MIF/OF with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Vidalia, GA who attends Vidalia Comprehensive. Nance immediately impressed by posting a 6.82 sixty time, flashing natural athleticism that translates to multiple aspects of his game. Primary IF, displayed a quick first step with evident range to both sides. Displayed reliable glove work with ability to change slots on the run. Topped out at 85 mph across the diamond. Secondary OF, again moved efficiently and took direct routes to the baseball, topping out at 82 mph. On the offensive end, started from an even balanced base with a high back elbow and leg lift trigger. Flashed a repeatable line drive stroke with intent to work the pull side of the field. Solid strength in the hands with projectable carry for future. Posted an exit velo of 85 mph. Good student. Named to Top Prospect List.
