Chase Mobley is a 2024 RHP/OF with a 6-5 185 lb. frame from Plant City, FL who attends Plant City HS. Recorded a 6.99 second 60-yard dash time. Extra large frame with long limbs, a high waist, and a ton of room to fill out. Primary right-handed pitcher with confidence to motion and a loose arm stroke. Fast arm with a lot of upside, fastball worked up to 91 mph. Hard life on the fastball and pounds the strike zone with the pitch. Diving action to the changeup and the slider has late horizontal bite. Lands the curveball for strikes with some vertical bite. Extremely polished right-hander who is only going to continue to improve. Right-handed hitter with a high hand set, high back elbow, and big separation. Whip and bat speed present with massive power to the pull side. Can go out to pull when he's squared. Tremendous student. Verbal commitment to Florida State.
