Kyle Hopper is a 2025 RHP/1B/OF with a 6-5 190 lb. frame from Orlando, FL who attends The First Academy. Extra-large, athletic frame with square shoulders and a high waist, long limbs with a lean build. Right-handed pitcher, leg lift up past belt, gets tall on backside and takes arm straight back from hand break; utilizes a short stride down the mound, found timing with release as the outing progressed. Consistent life to the fastball with cut action and stayed off of barrels, up to 86 mph and maintained velocity throughout. Efficient second inning of work, filled up the zone. Curveball plays off nicely, shows depth up to 74 mph and able to land it for strikes; pitched off of fastball throughout. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
