Nick Rumbley is a 2026 RHP/1B with a 6-6 230 lb. frame from Reidsville, NC who attends Rockingham County. Extra big and tall athletic build. Works from an uptempo delivery with a long and loose arm circle in back to a lower 3/4's release point, gets way down the mound with nice extension at release. Fastball was mostly in the upper 80's, topped out at 92 mph early with nice running action. Change up was a solid pitch with nice running life. Threw a short hard slider as his breaking ball and landed it for strikes consistently. Excellent student with a verbal commitment to North Carolina.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
