Augustus Gray Harrison is a 2020 RHP/SS with a 6-1 160 lb. frame from Austin, TX who attends Westlake High School. Large, athletic frame with square shoulders and long limbs, lean and projectable build with room to fill throughout moving forward. Primary righthanded pitcher, side step moving into delivery and gets tall on backside with a leg lift up past belt; shows balance to mechanics with a loose and quick arm stroke through the back. Full path and works to an over-the-top release, on line stride and generates nice plane on fastball when working on top. Fastball topped out at 88 mph and got on hitters quickly, filled the zone and maintained velocity out of the stretch, nice running life to fastball down in the zone. Projects for more velocity moving forward with physical strength gains. Flashed curveball with 11-5 shape, showed bite down in zone and will continue to improve with maintained arm speed at release. Good student. Named to Top Prospect List.
