Tate Troxell is a 2026 RHP/3B with a 6-4 220 lb. frame from Noblesville, IN who attends St. Theodore Guerin. Big and strong young pitcher's build. Has a long and loose arm action with some whip to it, clean and easy release, repeated his delivery well and filled up the zone with a three-pitch mix. Fastball was up to 94 mph with good life. Slider had 2800+ spin and some sharp tilt with a feel for locating. Killed the spin very effectively on his change up with big fade and run. Mixed with maturity and had a nice outing. Good student, verbal commitment to Alabama.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
