Angel Cepeda is a 2024 SS/ with a 6-0 115 lb. frame from Union City, NJ who attends Union Hill HS. Recorded a 7.00 second 60-yard dash time. Great size and build with a high waist and tons of room to add strength. Primary shortstop with very good actions and good athleticism throughout. Twitchy footwork with soft hands and a very good arm. Arm strength also plays from secondary position of the outfield where throws were recorded up to 89 mph. Righthanded hitter with a high hand set, high back elbow, and big leg lift trigger. Loud bat speed with a very easy swing. Balanced and controlled with serious power at present. Can impact the ball with authority to all fields including the backside gap. Tremendous student. Selected for the 14u PG Select Baseball Festival.
