Richard Havens is a 2020 2B/OF, UT with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Lake Worth, FL who attends Park Vista Community. Medium and skinnier frame, athletic with room to fill throughout. Ran a 7.62 second 60 yard dash. Primary second baseman, worked out in the infield with athletic actions, attacks the baseball well with a good first step charging in, showcased true hands to either side and took a stand out round of infield during drills, topped out at 78 mph across the diamond. Righthanded hitter, sets up at the plate with a wide and slightly open stance and a high hand set, takes a compact and inside path to contact, showed the ability to hit the ball on a line to his pull side, will continue to improve pop with additional implementation of his lower half.
