Sebastian Zayas is a 2020 1B/3B with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from Luquillo, PR who attends Puerto Rico Baseball Academy. Big and strong athletic build. Switch-hitter, has strength and some raw bat speed from both sides of the plate but a better swing from the left side. Right handed swing is primarily an arm swing with limited lower half use, has pull side pop when he can get the barrel out front to the ball. Shorter swing left handed from an open stance, comes up through the ball with a shorter swing, works mid field to pull side left handed with some carry. 7.40 runner, has solid actions and footwork at first base, good arm strength, will contribute defensively at first base, can also play third base.
