Bradley Fritzhand is a 2018 SS/ with a 5-7 135 lb. frame from Great Neck, NY who attends Great Neck North. Compact frame with a lean, athletic build. Projects for additional strength while continued physical maturity. Primary shortstop with fundamentally sound footwork while surrounding and working through the baseball. Clean glove actions while funneling out front with loose exchanges through transfer. Primarily released from a compact three-quarters arm slot but flashed the ability to change arm action while on the run. Throws generating accurate, on line carry to the bag topping at 76 miles per hour. Right handed hitter with a balanced stance and lower hand set at load. Stays on back side throughout swing and works to contact with rotational lower half actions. Created occasional lift through the zone with some bat speed when on time. Primarily utilized a mid field approach and showed athletic actions while moving down the line after balls in play. Good student as well.
