Luke Poole is a 2019 OF/RHP with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Greenwood, SC who attends Greenwood HS. Recorded a 6.74 second 60-yard dash time. Lean and athletic build with quick twitch muscle and still room to add strength and physicality. Impact runner who's speed plays up thanks to his instincts and reads. Primary outfielder with deliberate actions and very good arm strength recorded up to 86 mph from the position. Ball carries well out of the hand and waits on the ball then transfers to the utilization of the crow hop properly for strong, accurate throws into the infield. Righthanded hitter with a wide base, small leg lift trigger into the swing that starts the stride. Flashes some bat speed through the point of extension. Turns the barrel over the inside well to produce well-struck contact.
