Keegan Fairley is a 2016 RHP/ with a 6-4 185 lb. frame from Auburn, AL who attends Auburn. Long, lean frame with high levels of physical projection remaining on body. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.64 seconds. Pitches with slower, deliberate windup into pause at balance point; coils front hip inward at balance point and unwinds well into release. Slight crossfire due to closed-foot landing. Throws from higher three quarters slot, with FB worked 77-81 and topping at 82 MPH with solid arm side life and downward plane to the plate. Showed full complement of off speed pitches. CB showed 11/4 shape, showed good ability to change speeds on pitch. SL showed as best secondary offering, has good depth and sharpness with solid sweeping shape. Also flashed CH with good arm speed and tumbling action. Did good job of mixing and matching entire arsenal to keep hitters off balance. Very good student.
