Cedric Bowman is a 2019 OF/LHP with a 6-0 155 lb. frame from Fort Worth, TX who attends All Saints Episcopal HS. Recorded a 6.96 second 60-yard dash time. Lean and athletic build with present twitch and muscle. Primary outfielder with a smooth arm action and good body control. Sets feet nicely and works through the baseball. Arm strength recorded up to 81 mph and keeps the ball online and accurate. Fields the ball well and has good carry on throws. Secondary lefthanded pitcher with a quick, compact arm action. Generates some cutting life to the fastball that was up to 79 mph. Higher three-quarters arm slot and can sell the changeup well. Tunnels the changeup well and also showed a curveball. Lefthanded hitter with a high hand set and high back elbow. Wide base with an upper half dominant swing. Slight lift in the swing with solid bat to ball skills. Short swing and wraps the bat early. Good student.
