Freddy Zamora is a 2017 SS with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Miami Killian HS. Long and slender build, high narrow waist, projects well physically. 7.20 runner, polished defensive middle infielder who plays with flair, very good balance and hands, has a feel for playing defense, lots of arm strength, does his best work on the move through the ball, has a quick first step to both sides. Right handed hitter, narrow upright stance, hands driven swing, has quick hands, line drive approach, projects well with additional strength. Sixty time not especially relevant, plays faster. Key to development will be getting stronger while retaining athleticism. Verbal commitment to Miami.
