Gabe Levanti is a 2013 C/MIF/OF with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Baldwinsville, NY who attends Baker HS. Solidly built athlete with strength in lower half. Good catcher's build. Has feel behind the plate, good receiver and instincts. Quick pop times with good feet, a quick release and arm strength. Leader behind the plate who blocked and threw well in games. Showed athleticism and raw arm strength in OF. Patient approach at the plate with a loose swing and good extension. Made consistent contact and showed good bat speed. Fluid cuts with good leverage. Lots of overall potential. Good student. Named to Top Prospect Team.
