Jarret DeHart is a 2013 OF/1B with a 6-2 215 lb. frame from Medford, NJ who attends Shawnee HS. Big strong physical build. 6.89 runner, moves well in the outfield for his size, long extended arm action, arm works well, left field tools and actions, has also played first base. Left handed hitter, big swing, uses lower half well, big bat speed at times, is looking to lift the ball, can drive it hard to all fields, ball jumps hard on contact, power approach and will jump on mistakes over the plate, run producer. Good student, verbal commitment to Louisiana State.
