PG Grade: 9
Walker is a strong physically gifted catcher in one of the top high school programs in the country. He has a very good arm and excellent receiving skills. The bat shows power potential with wood. He has a good looking no nonsense type swing and a good idea of what he’s doing in the batters box. We like the way he handles himself on and off the field, he’s a true baseball player. And he projects to get bigger and stronger. Walker should really blossom at the next level, be it pro or top level college ball. He seems to have some intangibles that relate to success for both himself and the team he plays for. He’s exceptionally tough and plays the game for keeps. Catchers are usually better off attending college first, Walker can help any college program. Andrew is a very good student.
