2026 PG Midwest High School All-State Games (Invite Only)
Caden Blasczyk is a 2028 1B/RHP with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from Green Bay, WI who attends Ashwaubenon. Tall and athletic build with good present strength. Recorded a 7.22 second sixty yard dash time. Primary first baseman works hard to get into good fielding positions with slower feet. Clean feeds to second with some carry on throws and solid accuracy. Also threw on the mound. The right-handed pitcher works from the stretch only from the first base side of the rubber into an around-the-belt leg lift and uses drop-and-drive back leg mechanics into a moderate, in-line stride down the mound. The hands separate into a long takeaway before the arm accelerates through from a three- quarter angle. Long arm action that creates some whip as it comes through. The fastball has some cut life glove-side and some running life arm-side. Slider with good two-plane break and solid vertical depth. Right-handed hitter starts from a medium base with open feet and a high handset with a high back elbow, utilizes a leg lift trigger. Stays compact to contact with some bat speed when on time and showed feel to create length out front from a rotational lower half. Showed a solid middle-of-the-field approach. Hit well in game action with four total hits, including a double and triple through two games. Outstanding student. Named to the PG Midwest High School All-State Games Top Prospect List.
