Leonardo Gagliano is a 2029 SS/RHP with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Marlboro, NJ who attends Colts Neck. Larger, high-waisted build with long levers and plenty to project on. Primary shortstop, worked through the baseball well with feel for his footwork and angles. Fields it cleanly up the middle and covers some ground laterally. Strong and accurate arm for his age. Up to 74 mph on throws across the diamond. Secondary pitcher, simple delivery with a short and direct leg lift. Drives off the rubber well as he works into a deeper arm path. Fastball showed run and some ride, peaking at 73 mph. Mixed in an 11-5 curveball with some late bite to it. Switch-hitter on offense, starts in an even stance and uses a simple leg lift for timing. Direct bat path with line drive tendencies from both sides of the plate. Stays short and quick to the ball. Projectable power with additional strength. Posted an exit velocity of 79 mph.
