Sebastian Parra is a 2028 SS/RHP/IF with a 6-2 168 lb. frame from Bethlehem, GA who attends Apalachee. Lean and tall build with lots of room to get stronger. 7.25 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense, hands and feet work in rhythm to both sides. Long arm stroke on throws with corner actions. Worked through the ball in the outfield with fundamental footwork on approach. Elongated process with accurate throws to the bases. Right-handed pitcher, hybrid windup first base side of rubber, Drop-and-drive mechanics working inline down the slope. Loose arm swing to high slot with some carry through the zone on the fastball. Developing curveball with north/south type pitcher traits. Lean frame projects to add size and increased velocity moving forward. Right-handed hitter, even and balanced stance. Works direct to zone using the whole field. Accurate barrel with strength out front. Excellent student.
