Henry Lewis is a 2029 C/3B/OF with a 5-10 180 lb. frame from Cypress, TX who attends Cy-Fair. Primary Catcher with an athletic frame. RKD setup with slightly above belt transfer and release. Quick out of the crouch and gets it out with pace. Was up to70 from behind the dish and recorded a 1.95 pop time. Developing arm strength but projectable at that. Also played infield showing good lateral range. Moves well to the ball fielding it with 2 hands. Small steps into throws and throws off back leg. Was up to 73 from there. Should continue to develop arm strength. Also ran a 6.98 sixty. Right handed hitter with a balanced base. Small leg lift and stride out into contact. Rocks the weight back well. Showed some feel for the barrel. Will need to be more consistent getting foot down on time and getting off his lower half. Produced an exit velo of 84. Excellent Student.
