Grady Bachman is a 2028 1B/ with a 5-8 165 lb. frame from Malvern, IA who attends Glenwood Iowa. Recorded a 7.33 second sixty yard dash time. Young, medium frame. Primary first baseman, fields with a smother two-hand up the middle, with lower flight on his throws. Quicker arm action with accuracy across. Also worked out in the outfield, shorter release with a quick crow-hop to get into it. Higher arm slot with two-hop accuracy. Right-handed hitter starts from an even base with his bent knees and a high hand set with an even back elbow. Loads deep and works to it with some quickness. Good hip turn with a flatter bat path and bat speed. Worked mostly pull-side and showed some carry back up the middle. Young player with good upside.
