Jaxan Vansickle is a 2027 1B/RHP with a 6-3 225 lb. frame from Converse, LA who attends Converse. Physical frame with strength and some projection remaining. Ran 9.18 in the sixty yard dash. Primary first baseman, deliberate actions to the ball, easy arm action with accurate throws up to 72 mph, feel around the bag with good turns to second base. Also pitched, stretch only delivery with a slide step to home, lands in line, higher glove point with the front side and a deceptive arm swing in the back, gets good extension down the mound, fastball peaked at 73 mph with cutting life, developing feel for a breaking ball, solid feel for the strike zone. Right handed hitter, narrow even base with a longer stride into contact, strength in the wrists to manipulate the barrel, creates separation with his load, creates good impact off the barrel at contact.
