Wyatt Stauss is a 2027 1B/RHP/3B with a 6-2 230 lb. frame from Marinette, WI who attends Marinette. XL build with noticeable strength throughout. Ran a 7.18 60-yd dash. At 1B, showed developing actions. Waits back a bit, working more flatfooted at reception. Fielded it soft/clean with two-hands when reception was out front, mishandled when he attempted off to the side spin moves. Got into some extra shuffles to get off throws. Showed a loose/medium arm action that got off accurate DP feeds and throws across with decent strength/carry for his level (81 mph). At the plate, it's a simple swing operation showing minimal moving parts. Smaller forward move and take back of the hands. Barrel works more direct at entry and flattens out into contact. Some cut across of the barrel at times causing some rolled over pullside GBs. Turns behind it, maintaining balance throughout the turn/swing. Best results were hard LDs he sent back through the middle of the field. Flashes of above avg. bat/hand speed and strength at impact. Swing translated into live ABs where he hammered one to the pull side.
